I can't say enough about the fantastic home selling process with Deb. Unexpected circumstances led us to sell and it was not an easy time. Deb is always quick to respond with advice or just a shoulder to lean on, and she was there at every step to ensure the home was priced right and in line with comps. Home owners can be sentimental about their houses - she gets that but also ensures that they base decisions on facts, not emotions. An emotional list price doesn't bring offers - a realistic, market-based price does. One of the greatest values Deb brings to the sale process is helping prepare the home for sale. If a home needs pressure washing, painting, or other work, she knows the right people who get the job done on time and affordably. That was a huge load of my mind - not having to find a painter I could trust. We had a great offer within days, and closed quickly. I also appreciate that when you contract with Deb, you work with her. Sure, she has a team for support, but she herself answers your emails, texts, and phone calls. She is truly a BLESSING and my HERO and I could have never done this without her!! If I could give her more stars I would. Working with Deborah was the only way I survived this process. My first house sell and I had no clue what to do, who to call, what the price should be... She is different from most realtors because she is almost like a mini contractor. She arranged the painter, the cleaner, the yard work, movers, any repairs that needed to be made...she managed it all. All I had to do was say can you list it and let me know what to do...almost nothing...she managed it all. And she is the best at communication. I had already moved to a different state and she let me know everything that was happening including pictures. I have no idea how many hours she spent at my house, but I had photographs of everything and she was available day/night/weekends/on vacation...just whenever I had a question.

We contacted Deb to help us with the sale of our condo in Jamestown and we were delighted with how well things went. We knew we needed to make some upgrades as it was a rental and Deb gave us very solid advice on what upgrades to make and which to leave alone.
